K&R Medication Management is run by two medication review accredited pharmacists, Kym and Rachael. We have over 25 years of experience in conducting medication reviews between us and have been able to help many people to improve their medication management. We work with your doctor and use current guidelines and research to make sure that the medication you are taking is the best option for you.

We offer both "at home" medication review (HMR) and "nursing home" medication review (RMMR) services. These services are free of charge to patients and residents as they are fully subsidised by the Australian Government.

We are based in the Griffith in the Riverina region of NSW and conduct reviews both in and around the region.
